Prader-Willi (15q11-q13) by FISH | SNRPN (15q11-q13) by FISH | 983
Interface Order Alias
11437
Clinical Information
Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) using DNA probes (SNRPN) for Prader-Willi syndrome to locate a microdeletion in 15q11.2. The use of FISH in metaphase cells can help identify this deletion.
